Processing Time All orders are prepared with care. Original artworks and framed pieces typically dispatch within 3–5 business days. Fine art prints and merchandise may require additional production time depending on the item. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Packaging Every artwork is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Originals and framed works are boxed with protective materials; prints are shipped flat up to A4 and rolled for larger sizes. Merchandise items are packaged appropriately for safe delivery.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where applicable. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Original Artworks Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss a suitable resolution.
Fine Art Prints & Merchandise Prints and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 7 days with photographs and your order number. A replacement or refund will be arranged.
Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Non‑returnable Items Custom commissions and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
